Deliveries outside the European Union: customs duties and local taxes
Any order shipped outside the European Union is subject to the customs procedures of the destination country.
Customs duties, import taxes and local VAT are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost. They are payable by the recipient, and are collected by the carrier or the customs authorities, usually on delivery.
These amounts are set by the destination country: we cannot calculate them in advance, cover them, or refund them.
If the recipient refuses to pay these charges, the parcel is returned or destroyed by customs. Only goods actually returned to us in good condition can be refunded, less the shipping and return costs actually incurred.
Every shipment carries a customs declaration stating the true nature and value of the goods. We cannot under-declare an order, nor declare it as a gift.
Deliveries within the European Union
No customs duties apply. The displayed price and the shipping cost are the only amounts due.
Value added tax
Our prices are net of VAT: VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. No French VAT is charged, whatever the destination.
